# Application Logs

- What an entry is: one per event (upload accepted, records uploaded, record edited, processing started, record updated in SAP, record rejected by SAP, processing finished, Task deleted, Task expired, custom fields synchronized, …).
- Filters (object, Task, outcome, error class, period); the Trend view; an entry's details and SAP's own words; the support reference; export.
- Technical entries for Support Operators; retention.
