# Background Jobs

- Pause reasons with next steps: User, SAP system not responding, Connection to SAP not usable, Interrupted, Sign-in expired, Add-on quota used up.
- Pause / Resume / Stop and who may use them (Edit role for an upload, Process role for a run).
- "Identity in SAP" and "User Checked by SAP On"; immediate runs appear while they live; stale runs.
