Overview

Ask RIKAI is the conversational assistant embedded in the RIKAISO suite. It reads the business data you already have access to, explains it in plain language, and can start a task on your behalf. It never widens your permissions: every read and every action runs under your own identity and is written to the audit log.

What it can do

1. Answer questions about records in scope, for example open returns, blocked invoices, or supplier lead times.
2. Summarise a document, a case history, or a period comparison.
3. Draft correspondence, requirement notes, and change descriptions.
4. Act, by calling a registered skill such as release order or schedule shipment, after showing you what it is about to do.

What it will not do

• Return data you are not entitled to see.
• Execute an action without an explicit confirmation step.
• Retain your prompts for model training. Prompts are retained for 30 days for troubleshooting and then deleted.

Grounding

Answers are grounded in tenant data and published documentation. When the assistant cannot ground a statement it says so rather than guessing, and offers the closest documented topic instead.
