Languages: The App, the Template and SAP
The app language, the language MDM sends to SAP, descriptions stored per language, units per language, and files prepared in one language and used in another.
Draft brief for authors. Replace with the final text; keep the concept-page structure.
Contains: the app language (launchpad setting, browser) is also the language MDM sends to SAP; SAP stores descriptions once per language and takes the language of the user who processes the Task (the "Description Language" column); units of measure are written as SAP shows them in your language (KG in English); labels and value names in your language where SAP maintains them; a file prepared in one language and processed in another may fail on unit codes.
