Press Help, and every field and button with help gets a blue dot; select the dot or the element to read its help instead of running it.

- Turning help mode on (the Help button next to the avatar in every app that has help), the dots, selecting a dot or the element, "All Help Topics", leaving help mode.
- Keyboard: move to a field or button and press Enter; Escape leaves help mode.
- Where the texts come from (the field help is the same text as the column-header tooltip); "Learn more" links into this portal.
