Verifying the Setup

Three checks that prove the connection: a clear status for every licensed family, a list with your SAP records and a value help with your values, and one record round trip.

Contains

  1. The connection status is clear for every family you licensed: both destinations complete, the same system, the communication user authorized for every interface.
  2. The Equipment tile lists your SAP records; a value help such as Maintenance Plant lists values from your system.
  3. Download the Equipment template with one selected record, change a text field, upload it, process that one record: the row turns Successful; Application Logs shows the upload, the staging and "Record updated in SAP".
