Downloading a Template

Download an empty template or one pre-filled with selected or all records, with the fields you choose, from Manage Master Data Objects.

Draft brief for authors. Replace with the final text; keep the task-page structure.

Page type: Task · Audience: Viewer and up

Contains

  1. Open the object's tab and, if you want pre-filled records, filter or select them.
  2. Download Template → the dialog: Empty template / Selected records / All records (up to 5,000); the default the dialog picks.
  3. Fields in Template: Fields in Current View / All Available Fields; the detail columns of the SAP operations on request.
  4. Download; the file name; the keys SAP does not know are listed.
