Optional: Notifications (RIKAISO_MDM_NOTIFICATIONS)

Connect your SAP Alert Notification service instance so that every finished upload and processing run reaches the channels you configure there.

Contains

  1. Create an Alert Notification instance (plan standard) in your subaccount with a service key.
  2. Enter the key's resource API URL as the destination URL and its client id and secret as user and password (BasicAuthentication; OAuth2ClientCredentials with the key's token URL works too).
  3. In the Alert Notification service: a condition (for example event type starts with MDM.PROCESSING. and severity ERROR), an action (the channel), a subscription.
  • What MDM sends: one event per finished job with its type, severity and tags (link notification-events); nothing while the destination is the template.
