Processing Selected or All Not Started Records

Start a run from Staging Records or Monitor Mass Changes, read the confirmation, and understand the three outcomes: finished at once, started in the background, nothing to process.

Contains

  1. Process Selected Records (Successful rows are left out and counted) or Process All Not Started Records; Process from the Monitor's Action menu or the Task page.
  2. The confirmation: the counts, the identity line (who posts in SAP), "Process records in parallel" (ticked; clear it for one record at a time in file order), the fields that will be cleared and the checkbox.
  3. Outcomes: finished at once with the result dialog (the counts, the next step, "Open Records with Errors"); started in the background ("Background Jobs" dialog); nothing to process.
  • A run that stopped early or paused at its time box is continued with the records not attempted.
